Training

The professional training team at Align, Assess, Achieve provides educators with a wide variety of training opportunities. The qualifications of our trainers and coaches come from years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, administration, professional workshops, and research at both the K-12 and university levels, and our knowledge of effective curricular, instructional, and assessment strategies; curriculum mapping; and content literacy skills is second to none.

Our trainings have been developed using the most current theory and research in the field. We foster a participant-centered environment, using direct instruction, inquiry-based discussion techniques, cooperative learning, hands-on activities, personal reflection, and humor to assist educators on their journey to get results.

Our trainers will work with you to design and implement a training that is unique to your needs – capitalizing on your staff’s strengths and addressing areas for growth and improvement. We can customize trainings to fit every need and schedule – providing single day workshops to multi-year programs of support. We welcome new clients throughout the year, and look forward to working with your fine district and staff to help you achieve the success you deserve!
