Refund/Return Policy

We do guarantee your satisfaction with our classroom resources. If you need to return the item, please call or email within 30 days of product's shipping date to receive credit. Products must be in the same condition as when they were received to be given full credit.

Product Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation of product order is made prior to shipment, no charges will be incurred by the customer.
• If cancellation is made after shipment occurs, customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

Orders shipped to a business or school will be shipped via UPS and orders shipped to a residence will be shipped USPS unless the order exceeds 10 items. If an order being shipped to a residence exceeds 10 items, the order will be shipped via UPS.

Items that are shipped via UPS usually arrive within 2 - 4 business days. Orders shipped via USPS normally arrive within 2 to 4 mailng days.
