Wife and mom to three, Katy is the co-founder of Align, Assess, Achieve, LLC . Katy has an extensive background in education, having been in the field for the last nineteen years.Anna Maria Tabernik
TAB has been in education for the last 37 years, holds a Ph.D. in Urban School Administration, and enjoys research, and motorcycle riding.Frank Beickelman
Frank has an extensive background in education, having been in the field for the last 20 years. Co-author of the State Institute for Reading Instruction (SIRI) for Adolescents, Frank is also a big Ohio State Buckeye fan.Helen Hirsch
Helen achieved National Board Certification, and has over 30 years of experience working in classroom and leadership positions. She sat on the committee to revise the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards for English Language Arts.Jennifer Decker-Lawson
Jennifer comes to Align, Assess, Achieve after serving at the Ohio Department of Education, where she helped design the Ohio Educator Evaluation Systems. Her educational interests include research & policy.
Karen Bachman
Karen is an Ohio Teacher Evaluation System qualified observer, with classroom & administrative experience. She is completing her Ph.D. on the implementation of professional learning communities.
Katie Lufkin
Katie holds a Master of Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, where she was awarded The Outstanding Professional Award. Katie's students also chose her as an outstanding professional granting her the Superintendent's Award.Kristin Robbins
Mom of two young athletic sons, Kristin holds a M.E. in Policy and Leadership from The Ohio Sate University. She is licensed as a Secondary Principal and Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent.Lani Meyers
Certified to teach grades 1-8, Lani holds a M.A. in Teaching and learning from NOVA Southeastern University and received her B.A. in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University.Laura Gage
