Father, husband, avid fisherman and the co-founder of Align, Assess, Achieve, Bob previously served as a middle school teacher, instructional coach and curriculum coordinator in Westerville, Ohio.
Wife and mom to three, Katy is the co-founder of Align, Assess, Achieve, LLC . Katy has an extensive background in education, having been in the field for the last nineteen years.
TAB has been in education for the last 37 years, holds a Ph.D. in Urban School Administration, and enjoys research, and motorcycle riding.
Frank has an extensive background in education, having been in the field for the last 20 years. Co-author of the State Institute for Reading Instruction (SIRI) for Adolescents, Frank is also a big Ohio State Buckeye fan.
Helen achieved National Board Certification, and has over 30 years of experience working in classroom and leadership positions. She sat on the committee to revise the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards for English Language Arts.
Jennifer comes to Align, Assess, Achieve after serving at the Ohio Department of Education, where she helped design the Ohio Educator Evaluation Systems. Her educational interests include research & policy.
Karen is an Ohio Teacher Evaluation System qualified observer, with classroom & administrative experience. She is completing her Ph.D. on the implementation of professional learning communities.
Katie holds a Master of Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, where she was awarded The Outstanding Professional Award. Katie's students also chose her as an outstanding professional granting her the Superintendent's Award.
Mom of two young athletic sons, Kristin holds a M.E. in Policy and Leadership from The Ohio Sate University. She is licensed as a Secondary Principal and Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent.
Certified to teach grades 1-8, Lani holds a M.A. in Teaching and learning from NOVA Southeastern University and received her B.A. in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University.
An avid runner, Laura is a National Board certified teacher and holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Wittenberg University, M.A. in Reading Instruction with a Reading Endorsement from Otterbein University.
An Ohio Council of Teachers of Math Outstanding Elementary Math Teacher, and Bay Village Citizen of the Year, Lawrence has been recognized for his leadership in education as well as the wider community.
Leann holds a M.A. in Educational Administration, Elementary Principal (K-8) from Dayton University and received her B.A. from Ohio University in Special Education (LD, CD) and Early Childhood Education.
With nearly three decades in the education arena as a teacher, trainer, lecturer, and consultant, Lynn is a powerful motivational speaker who captivates her audiences with humor and compassion.
Mark has been in education for the past 20 years. An author and an outstanding educator, Mark was awarded the prestigious Emerging Leadership in Education Award (2000).
Michelle has served as an Assistant Principal since 2003, guiding staff in the development and implementation of formative and summative assessments. She has also worked with Dylan Wilam to develop systems for tracking learning progress.
Mindy is an English/Language Arts teacher and Instructional Coach in Westerville, Ohio. She has helped develop a framework to align with state standards and has been trained at the Assessment Training Institute.
Pam has had over 30 years of experience identifying and encouraging what works in education. Recently, she has developed and delivered professional development focused on formative assessment, the common core, and literacy instruction.
Starting as a math teacher, Sandra now works to coordinate state and regional professional development plans and implementation of new initiatives.
Bringing impressive experience working with students who have academic and behavioral challenges, Tonya joins our team with classroom, coaching, and administrative experience.
Rounding out our team, our office staff handles the day to day of ensuring we're running smoothly, our trainers are shuttling around the country, and our orders are shipping out.
Josh's passions for communication, education, and technology are constantly engaged by the dynamic atmosphere at Align, Assess, Achieve.
An expert juggler, Susan keeps an eye on all of our projects and makes sure each gets the attention it needs.
